George possesses significant Myanmar experience through his previous roles as Project Manager for CNPC Offshore (Rakhine Basin) and as Drilling Superintendent for Total E&P Myanmar (M6 Block). Outside of Myanmar, George has overseen gas field developments in Indonesia, Mozambique, Algeria and Colombia. With more than 35 years of oilfield experience, he has worked in drilling, completion and work-over operations, engineering, logistics, contracting and project management areas, holding roles such as General Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Drilling Manager/Superintendent/Engineer. Among other companies, George has worked for Total, Sasol, Chevron, CNPC, Pertamina, Salamander Energy, Weatherford, Marathon Oil and ConocoPhillips.

George holds a BA degree in Geology and Physics from Colgate University and an MSc in Drilling and Well Engineering from Robert Gordon University. George has also been published in World Oil and by the SPE.

At Pacific Hunt Energy, Win Myint is responsible for the safe & efficient running of field operations and camps in PSC C-1. Win Myint has over 30 years of experience in drilling, logistics and project management in upstream oil and gas, much of which has been gained in the remote and challenging areas of North-West Myanmar, but also elsewhere in South East Asia including in Thailand and Singapore. U Win has a strong track record of delivering results in drilling, development and workover projects, with a focus on cost-optimisation and value creation.

U Win holds a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering.
