Supply Chain Manager

Alan Gray has held various senior supply chain roles, having worked in the upstream oil & gas industry for more than 30 years. Alan has predominantly worked with independent exploration & production companies, with extensive exposure to remote-site drilling & workover operations in areas such as Sakhalin (Russian Far East), North West Papua New Guinea, and in Madagascar. Working exclusively in PSC environments in SE Asia for the past ten years, Alan has demonstrable experience in driving organisational improvement, leading successful and high-achieving teams and directing demanding procurement operations and complex schedules. At Pacific Hunt Energy, Alan leads a team of 5 procurement and logistics coordinators.

Alan holds a Bachelor degree in Business Studies, and is currently working towards MCIPS accreditation.

Naing Lwin Oo

Field Coordinator

Naing Lwin Oo has been the Field Coordinator for Pacific Hunt Energy since 2017, where he follows up the approval process for government operations while building a good Company/Government relationship.  Previously, from 2013 to 2017, he worked as an interpreter at Nobel Oil in Myanmar. Naing Lwin OO received a diploma from the Defense Services Academy in 2003, following which he served as a Unit Army Officer. He completed further study at the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI) in 2009 and gained an MSc degree in engineering physics. After graduation, he was posted to Military Science & Technology Unit 1 as a Research Officer.

Kyaw Kyaw Naing

Government Relations Manager

Kyaw Kyaw Naing is the Government Relations Manager for Pacific Hunt Energy. He has over 5 years of significant experience in the oil and gas industry and Thilawa Port Project. Prior to joining Pacific Hunt Energy, he served as an operations safety manager, worksite controller, training officer and permitting coordinator. He has also worked as a Heavy Equipment service engineer. He holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed multiple HSE training and programmes, including Oil and Gas Production Operations course at INSTEP, Malaysia.

Zar Li Kyaw

HR & Finance Manager

Zar Li Kyaw is the HR & Finance Manager for Pacific Hunt Energy.  As PHE Finance manager, Zar Li drives financial reporting, planning, budgeting, cash management and implementation of policy, as well as the upgrade of the internal control system.  She also plays an active role in the areas of leadership and management.  Zar Li has over 6-year professional experiences with a proven track record and in various sectors such as the financial service, property, education and telecommunications industries, in the UK as well as in Myanmar. She holds a BSc in physics from Dagon University in Yangon, an honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business ACCA Part III.

Thuzar Myat Naing

Accountant

Thu Zar Myat Naing is an Accountant at Pacific Hunt Energy, where she processes appropriate accounting records and payments supported by management-approved invoices as well as periodic and year-end bank account reconciliations.  Previously she worked with Excellent Choice Financial Consultancy agencies as an External Auditor and with one Trading Company as an Account Executive in Myanmar. In addition to her experience, she brings her personal qualities, a solid educational foundation and a passion for the field of accounting.  Thu Zar is an accomplished communicator with excellent organizational, decision making and time management skill and works well both independently and collaboratively. Thu Zar Myat holds a BSC (H) Degree with Accounting and Finance as a specialization from the University of Essex, UK.

IT Manager

Yar Zar Mg Mg is in charge of data protection and IT management as IT Manager for Pacific Hunt Energy. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the field with extensive knowledge in cross-functional IT project management, methodologies and techniques. Prior to his time with PHE he worked for Banks and IT service companies as IT manager, consultant for designing, analyst and IT security. Yar Zar Mg Mg has strong technical skills to protect the data, improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems. Currently, he supports improved network availability, data protection, communication systems and user requirements in PHE.

Naw Soe San

Accountant

Naw Soe San has been an Accountant (Payable) for Pacific Hunt Energy since 2019. She has extensive experience in Myanmar as well as with Sia & Yeo Heavy Equipment Pte Ltd in Singapore where she worked as an Accounting Assistant. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Yangon University and an Advanced Diploma in ACCA  from the UK in Accounting.

Phyo Zaw Aung

Permit Officer and Assistant Camp Manager

Phyo Zaw Aung is a Permit Officer and Assistant Camp Manager for Pacific Hunt Energy. He has prior experience in construction, drilling solid control & waste management, and oil field logistics.  He also served as a permitting officer for an onshore 2D & 3D seismic acquisition program. He holds a BSc in petroleum engineering from Thanlyn Technological University from 2012-13 and has completed various Industry HSE training courses.

Procurement Coordinator

Me Me Chit Hlaing is the Procurement Coordinator of Pacific Hunt Energy, offering over 5 years of extensive local knowledge and practical supply chain experience in the Oil and Gas and Heavy Machinery Industries. Prior to joining PHE she worked with both Petronas and Petroleum Brunei. Me Me is recognized by her colleagues as a hard-working, cooperative, meticulous, dutiful with a great interest in her work. She holds a BA from West Yangon University as well as certificates in Supply Chain Management and International Trade from the Myanmar Management Institute and UMFCCI.

Zwe Thurein

Assistant Drilling Engineer

Zwe Thurein is an Assistant Drilling Engineer for Pacific Hunt Energy. He joined PHE in 2018 and worked as a Permitting Manager before starting his present role in the Drilling Department where he has been focused on well design and logistics concerns. Before joining PHE, Zwe worked for Petro China, China National Petroleum Cooperation (CNPC), South East Asia Pipeline (SEAP) and ENI Myanmar b.v.  Zwe holds a BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from Mandalay Technological University. He is certified at IWCF level 1, and has taken IADC courses in well servicing, introduction to drilling and HSE courses. Zwe also serves as a part-time instructor in the non-profit organization Petroleum Professional Group (PPG).

Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Nay Zar Soe has working as Procurement and Logistics Coordinator at Pacific Hunt Energy since 2019, having previously served as a Business Administration Assistant from 2017. He had joined PHE in 2014 as a transportation assistant. Prior to PHE he worked as a sales executive at family-owned business. Nay Zar holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has completed occupational health and safety training.

Logistics Coordinator

Don @ Soe Moe Kyaw is currently working as a Logistics Coordinator for Pacific Hunt Energy. Previously Don had the role of Business Administrative Assistant, where he provided administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Presently he supports PHE team through a variety of tasks related to organization, logistics, meetings and communication. Before joining Pacific Hunt Energy, he worked as an operations executive at MMN Shipping Co. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) Degree from Dagon University and the Diploma in IT and Communicative English.

Hnin Nandar Aung

Procurement Coordinator

Hnin Nandar Aung (Michelle) is the Procurement Coordinator at Pacific Hunt Energy, where she previously worked as a Business Administrator. In her role, she supports PHE’s teams through a variety of tasks related to organization, logistics, meetings and communication.  Before joining Pacific Hunt Energy, she worked as a sales administrator at Yoma Heavy Equipment Co. Ltd. Hnin holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Dagon University as well as an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Management. She has also completed the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Course from Strategy First University.

Zarni Tun

Camp Manager

Zarni Tun is the Camp Manager of Pacific Hunt Energy’s C-1 Block.  Prior to his time with PHE, he had more than ten years of experience in the Oil and Petrochemical Industry in Singapore, where he held such positions as Project Engineer, Production Engineer and Logistic Coordinator. He has experience in the field of the plant fabrication, installation and plant maintenance of oil and gas and petrochemical plants. Zarni holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore as well as having completed multiple industry HSE and technical training courses.

Kaung Lwin Oo

Maintenance Engineer

Kaung Lwin Oo is a Maintenance Engineer for PHE.  He formerly served as a Marine Engineer Officer for Bernhard Schulte Shipping Management Germany (Han Seatic Shipping) from 2013 to 2019, having been recruited by them in Myanmar in 2013 to start his maritime career. Prior to that, he served as an Apprentice Engineer in Dawpone Shipyard, Myanmar under Department of Ship Construction and Design, Department of Marine Administration, Myanmar.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Myanmar Maritime University with specialization in Marine Engineering and Maritime Law. Kaung Lwin Oo is credited for Lab Research and Analysis of Ocean Engineering and ROV Development in Myanmar under MMU and is actively participating for Regional Level Research Papers and non-profit projects.

Ni Ni Aung Lwin

Accountant

Ni Ni Aung Lwin joined Pacific Hunt Energy in February 2019 as an Accountant in the Finance Department. She also fills in with an HR role when required.  Prior to PHE, she worked on a contract basis as an Account Officer for Mitsubishi Corporation, Yangon Branch and for 3 years was in charge of Accounting for Famous Trading Company, Ywar Taw International. Before this the spent over 3 years in Accounting and Administration for Myanmar Daewoo Construction & Machinery. Ni Ni holds a B.A Law (L.L.B), Diploma in Accounting- LCCI I, II, III and ACCA Part I and ACCA Part II (F4) and Computerized Accounting for Auto Account.

Soe Min Hein

Camp Manager

Soe Min Hein has worked as a Junior Engineer for Pacific Hunt Energy since his recent graduation.  He is presently actively engaged in field and office projects, learning about drilling operation from PHE’s senior engineers. During his academic years, he had internships in the MOGE oil and gas fields.  Soe holds A BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Thanlyin Technological University, as well as several technical certificates, including Offshore Drilling, Crew Resource Management, International Well Control Forum and Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets online from Duke University.

Hpone Kyaw Zaw

HSE officer

Hpone Kyaw Zaw is an HSE officer for Pacific Hunt Energy.  Before joining PHE, Hpone Kyaw Zaw worked as a Technical and Sales Support Engineer with Schlumberger in Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Abu Dhabi and Dubai UAE where he gained experience in well services, cementing and well integrity technology. He has also adopted an International HSE standard and culture during his time with Schlumberger.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has completed various cementing and well integrity technology courses.

Min Lwin

Materials and Logistic Support

Min Lwin provides Materials and Logistic support in Yangon, where he is responsible for receiving materials and for supervision in PHE’s Yangon Warehouse.  He also arranges materials transportation, packing list MRIV’s and warehouse inventory lists. Before joining Pacific Hunt Energy, he worked ten years as a vehicle mechanic in Malaysia and 2.5 years in Dubai at an Oxygen and Acetylene plant. In Myanmar, he has worked as a Port Operation Supervisor for seven years at Myanmar Integrated Port Limited (MIPL) and also as a Myanmar Automated Custom Clearance System (MACCS) Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Art (History) Degree from Mandalay University.

Kyaw Zin

Senior HSE Officer

Kyaw Zin works as a Senior HSE Officer at Pacific Hunt Energy. He has completed training as an oil and gas safety and health specialist, occupational safety and health manager and also as a professional and Trainer from OSHA.  Kyaw Zin has also received training in international health and safety practical application from NEBOSH and a Heart Saver first aid CPR AED course from the American Heart Association.

Also, he has completed an internal auditor course for ISO 9001:2015 from ABS Quality Evaluation.
